What about the fact that he didn't actually kill him? Surely that is why he shouldn't have been found guilty!

Yeah but the evidence looked that way thats why hes there and then he addmitted that he was after all the stollen money which is why I said "I don't think he should have been found guilty" -Because he didnt do it! but he has so guess they don't trust him coz he lied and coz of the 'evidence'

I've been thinking. Does anyone remember this? Ages ago, I think it might have been in brother's keeper when we saw their lives before. Sara was in a rehab, discussion addicts group thing and Bellick was there. He told her about getting a job at Fox River and next thing she is working there. But do we know why Bellick was in the addicts group? Have we heard any more about his addiction since then?

No we haven't that's been asked about before and I think it's something everyone wants to know. Anyway I thought it was a bit unrealistic how fast Bellick was prosecuted because a message on an answer phone doesn't prove his guilt by any stretch of the imagination. I'd have thought there would have been some other evidence.

They had that receipt aswell, that had Bellick's card details covered in Geary's blood, or something like that. I think that was the other piece of evidence, but even that doesn't seem enough to get him sent to prison.

I think it was Bellick's lawyer who suggested he took the deal otherwise there was a big risk of the electric chair and Bellick will have witnessed executions so he took the deal. And Bellick seems to have lived a rather sheltered life with his Mom, the thought of spending his days playing draughts and cards with his old buddies at Fox River appealed to him. Unfortunately for him the new Warden scuppered this.

I'm not that bothered about Bellick. Hes kind of like a fifth wheel at the moment but its always good to see Fox River again.

I don't care about Bellick, I never liked him that much , and now he's in prison, Well it's what he deserves anyway. Keep him in there I say!!!!!!
They should spend the time on Haywire or Michael and Linc instead!!!

I think he could be a goner soon or maimed for life.

I wonder what Banks and his crew have in store for him on night shift. The guards are going to look the other way apparently because Bellick is the one that allotted them this hated shift. Will Bellick be able to walk the next morning ?
