Hes so moody and grumpy!!
Are we supposed to have sympathy for him when hes like this???
He seemed more upbeat when he was facing the chair last season LOL!!
He also has no "relationship" with other characters. He never speaks to Sucre or C-Note. Growls at Tweener and T-Bag and would not give a monkeys about Sara.

Prehaps he has just learnt to trust noone - Plus if I was him I would hate those other guys too I mean they are slowing him down!
I think all he cares about is his son. See how Micheal was going "do you trust me?" about a hundred times in one episode!?! He obviously knows his bro doesn't trust anyone anymore. Guess he's had a pretty hard life so he's bound to be a bit grumpy.
The other thing is - have those guys actually slept since they broke out? If not then no wonder he's always mad. Or maybe that stubble is getting to him ;D

I agree that all he seems to care about is LJ - he doesn't even seem too bothered about Michael after he rescued him. We're probably supposed to like him as it could even be argued that he's the protagonist but he doesn't sit right with me.

It might just be my opinion but has Lincoln become more personable in the past few weeks? He's suddenly interacting a little more (well a tiny bit with Sucre) and he seems to care more about Michael than he used to.
Maybe we're supposed to grow to like him.

Yeah he does seem to have become more sociable, he might get a bit better now he's back with Michael.

javascript:add(" ") He gets better every week since leaving prison. I liked the way he greeted Sucre in B.Booze because up till then he'd ignored him. I suppose he would have very little use for social skills locked up on his own all day in Fox River. At first it would be a bit like letting a battery hen out of it's cage. Can't wait till Monday to see how they get to Sara again. Will they recognise her with her new image ?

That's quite a good point actually and to be fair Sucre (apart from Mike of course) is the only one out of all the escapees who haven't screwed either he or his brother over, i.e T-Bag and C-Note: Blackmail, wanting to leave without Linc, Abruzzi: The toe incedent, Tweener: Snitching, Haywire: Blackmail. So he is growing to trust him more.

I always thought that was funny, that he objected to Sucre being in on it but didn't kick up a fuss over the murderers, rapists etc he was setting free. Perhaps on some level (back then) Linc thought that he was just as bad as those people because he was going to kill someone. But over time he's realised that y'know, he isn't all bad - he's come to like himself more thanks to Michael maybe? Either way I'm glad he's learning to trust more.

I actually think that he changed a lot after LJ was framed - he stopped thinking about himself as much because then he had something other than his execution that he could focus on.
At the very least we started to see a kinder version of Lincoln then.

Last night we got to see the brute force side of Lincoln and Kellerman admitted it was Linc's temper which turned the jury against him during the Steadman trial. Did you see the blank look on Linc's face after Steadman pulled the gun on himself ? Michael and Killerman showed the most emotion.

I didn't see it because I was still randomly sitting with my mouth open but you'd think Linc would be most upset, he has the most to lose.
But if he was that bad when he remembered Kellerman trying to kill him there will be hell to pay when he knows it was Kellerman who went after LJ!

I think that Michael would be able to restrain himself but you never know I guess. I think I actually jumped when he was screaming at T-Bag when he was forgetting the 1213 map.
