Do you think they knew Ethan would be creeping back onto our screens when the decision was made to put him on trial?
Surely if they jury had seen the evidence of Ethan offering to find jumpers and pants to the crash survivors they would have seen him in a whole new light.

The consensus from alot of people was that yes,he probably did hang Charlie but that doesnt make him a bad man,in fact it makes him an Otherly hero!
