Anyone else hate the C5 announcer?

I was very pissed off when the guy told me what was going to happen before the programme had even started!! Did anyone else get annoyed? Is there any way we can stop him?

Fair enough I guess to say Michael was meeting Sara, we knew that but not that they would actually meet and then he said that Linc and LJ are saved!!!!

Yeah that wound me up! I would've been even more wound up had I not heard an announcer earlier in the day say something along the same lines (though slightly more vague).

I had a feeling in the pit of my stomach before I watched it and for some reason (when I never ever do it) I pressed mute before till the 118 guys came up. Guess I was lucky.

I was furious. How dare he - I mean is he going to start doing it to everything like "Now such and such film is on where they spend the whole time chasing each other only for him to die before they actually meet. Hope you enjoy it"!!!!

It was soooo uncalled for.

I was watching the football then turned over as the voice said "previously on PB" so I missed that but the C5 annoucer always does this.

He has an annoying voice anyway! SACK HIM!!

I have emailed channel 5 and made a complaint about the announcer!!!!

i didnt see this because I didnt switch it on just after it started but i would have been very annoyed if i had heard it

Also what's annoying is the way they squish the end credits.
I like to read the names of the actors but this is difficult when
the letters are squashed into half of the screen.
Last Mondays introduction didn't spoil things too much for me cos
I'd seen the preview, but for those who hadn't it would have
wrecked their suspense. Sack him !!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, esspecially when there are guest stars that you know you know from somewhere but need to know their names to look them up online.

Sqashed credits were introduced in this country a few years ago so they could advertise their programmes during them. In the old days they used to do that after the programmes credits but they now want to squeeze more adverts in for us to watch. Rolls eyes.

Also, what is the advantage of having a review before you watch it??

Some people might think "sounds boring" and switch off

I mean if we are watching PB every week we don't need a review of teh episode. maybe a review of last weeks episde would be better C5 you morons!
