Bolshoi booze tattoo

did anyone work out the bolshoi booze tattoo i was watching with my brother and i said am i supposed to see something and then he starts reading out the tattoo then the the numbers come up like he read out... it would be no good me being an FBI agent!!!! LOL

Yeah, me and my mate were watching last season and for some reason we decided to pause it and have a proper look at it, I ended up upside down looking at it, and we decided it was numbers although we weren't sure what for, then when I was watching I changed my mind and thought it could be something else then surprise surprise, they were numbers!!
