Hey, my name is AP and I admit to listening to / watching HSM.
*Sits back down*
Come on; I surely can't be the only person on this forum who does, right? I'm not sure what appeals to me about it at all. It is the opposite of almost everything I listen to (definatly my guilty pleasure pick) and the songs are so catchy and do actually have meaning in them (it isn't just a lot of jumping around, although it does appear to be lol.)
Of course the fact that Lucas is so darn smexy and actually has a really good voice is a big draw! And you have no idea how pleased I was to find out he was actually old lol!
So, anyone else watched it? I'm almost certain CP has and I think Rebecca's mentioned it before as well - so...?

I didnt get all the hsm hype but i watched it last year and i got addicted and i really enjoyed hsm2 yesterday

I didn't think HSM2 was as good as the first but it will probably take a while to grow on me; I didn't think the first was too good until I'd listened to it a few times.
So - you got a favourite character?

Yeah i like the core 4(gabriella troy sharpay and ryan) but i also like chad and taylor oh and kelisi too

I love HSM but i haven't seen the second one yet I turned over to Disney last night and just missed it but somehow i have the feeling that the second one won't be as good as the first.

haha - finally someone who understands the violin quote! It got so annoying saying it to people who just looked spaced out lol.
I can't stand Gabriella and I'm not that big a fan of Troy but I think we may have already established that I like Ryan lol. Although his character was entirely pointless in the first half of the second movie.
Whoop Faith! Another fan! It wasn't as good as the first in my opinion but it does have some good points in it (and I keep getting 'I Don't Dance' stuck in my head so badly.) The ending was nothing but cheese though.

oh i know about i dont dance i wasnt that keen on it first but now i cant get it out of my head hehe
I know it wasnt as good as the first 1 but i still enjoyed it

My name is laura and i watched HSM and actually quite enjoyed it.
*sits down*
My friends would not be happy about me admiting that!
But i do actually think HSM is quite enjoyable! It's really cheesy, but nice and light hearted. And you can have a good sing and a dance. lol
I must say my favourite bit is when Troy is singing Get your head in the game, and says "yikes"!
I love it!
And when he says that Gabriella "is a really nice girl". what a way to defend someone!
lol
I doubt i'll watch the second one though.
