A friend has a googlemail account, he is not very knowledgeable with it and neither am I. Now firstly the system changes the email from gmail to googlemail, is that normal? He knows his email address and password, but the system is not letting his sign and and not telling him what is wrong. I'm not having much joy with the help google is offering, so I turned to you guys. Please help. If I am not clear enough, say so. But I am not sure what the problem is. It is possible that the user name or email address or password can be wrong, but he doesn't think so. He seems certain. He is not english speaking, so I cant even explain to him all the things they offer to fix with. And I really don't know googlemail at all.
