they're very similar.
In literal meaning lets say "Vamos? " = Shall we go? (often used as a question)
"Vamonos" (please note is vamOnos, not "vamAnos" like you typed.) would be more like "Lets go".
But you can swap their meaning depending on the context. People will understand anyways is like "specially" and "especially". No big deal.
