Hi everyone,
i recently bought out a small Web Design business. I bought it after realizing the poor management it was subjected to under the previous owner. This company used to be among the best in the country but it lost due to poor management. the company has 60+ clients but keeps losing more and more because of the poor client relationship!
I want to change things around and that will begin with understanding the clients and extablishing a good relationship with them.
i am looking for a good (free if possible) CRM or customer tracking system that i can use to keep information regarding all my clients. i would also like to keep notes on them for example know when their domains are expiring and so on.
any other help would also be greatly appreciated. I am a web developer and just getting into the management thing.
