I think he's dead but I've been conferring with people who think I should hold off on the Official Polls of the Dead until we are sure so what do you guys think?

ooooooh I'm not sure. I think we are meant to think he is dead but they may have planned for him to get shot and lull Linc and Michael into a false sense of security (this totally contradicts my thoughts in the Kellerman thread!!!)
No I think he is just injured - mmm every angle has now been covered.

I think he's gotta be. Kellerman wanted him dead and I'm sure he'd be pretty good at knowing where to shoot a guy ensuring his death - and quickly. And woo *does a little jig* I giggled loads at that option  |

I don't know, I want him to be.. But I agree with Laura, Kellerman wanted him dead and knows how to kill, so he probably is ;D (yey)

Hmmm I am not sure that he will be dead, it looked like he shot him in the shoulder but then if that is the case why did he drop like he did? I dunno, not sure they would kill him yet - but you never know I guess

I'm not entirely sure but I think his body had fallen in the same position as Abruzzi's did after Mahone murdered him. I'll go hunt out screencaps to see if I've completly made that up lol.

Good research but Kellerman was in a rush and I don't really think he cares too much about Mahone being dead he's more annoyed with Kim and the company in general.

I'm not sure, he might see Mahone as part of TC and therefore want to hurt them as much as possible (esspecially seeing as he's removing their best field agent)

I dont think hes dead.Im not completely sure why though,we did see him get shot and see him fall but im still not convinced.

I am not sure either. I don't think they would kill such a important character off but u never know with PB.

I don't think he would be dead although I was reading the magazine the other day and it said that the thing about PB is the fact that they can actually kill off important characters and that it still works.
But even so I don't think he could be dead, who else knows Michael that well!!!

I think it was a device to get Michael and Linc away from Mahone
I dont think he is dead as the "death" was never actually shown
He is the main nemesis of Mike and Linc and therefore he is needed
