Where to buy inexpensive rugs

My roommate and I are looking for inexpensive rugs for our new flat in London? We went to Ikea and found a couple of things but would like to look around elsewhere. Does anyone know of any stores that sell inexpensive modern/colorful rugs that we can use to decorate our flat?
