hi im having problems with my mark 5 golf, when the car is sitting running the car sounds rough, a roughness that seems to be coming from the clutch, the roughness stops when you press the clutch pedal ever so slightly, the pedal mite only move an inch, wat would this be??? Also having problems with dash rattles, any tips to fix them?? Could it just be that the clutch needs adjusted?

is the clutch release bearing hard to replace??
