Hi all, a year ago my walls were skimmed i then painted over them, this week i fitted wallpaper and had a dissater with it so removed it, removing the paper peeled areas of the paint of the wall exposing the plaster, when i try and touch them back in the exsisting paint peels at the edges and these patches are getting bigger and bigger as i scrape the loose off, ive tried a mist coat over the bare areas but its just bubbling the exsisting paint to, any ideas?? thanks
