help with stool cover!

Hi All,

I have an upholstered sewing box footstool like this which I am going to attempt to make a loose cotton cover for later today. Do I just measure the dimensions of the box or do I need to make the cover a bit bigger to make it slip on/off ok? Also not sure about the rounded corners; With a tote bag/cushion cover I know you can just sew across the corners but this is a 3D object if that makes sense...any pointers?

In T1, a frame is defined by points in time alone -- no extra bits
involved at all. It's not uncommon on T1 voice lines for the packets to
end up distributed incorrectly among the frames (instead of one packet to
each frame), thus causing individual voice circuits to get messed up.
