Yes you can have clickbank without having paypal. The only thing is when you have paypal you are giving your customers more ways to pay you. If they don't have clickbank or a credit card, you are losing a sale. Why not have as many pay processor as you can? Besides its really nice to check all your accounts and see what you have made.
