Ok so i have some previously dubbed movies, but with a poor video quality. What i'm going to do is to rip the audio from the dubbed ones and dub a HD version of the movie. Is there any software which can do this task? I'm also going to dub the voices in the movies myself, as i dont have all the movies dubbed previously. Is there any technique to dub dialogues without affecting the background effects of the HD one?
