Cleaning roller blinds without

the roller blinds in my flat are supposed to be white I think... they are currently yellowish with dirt stains I think the one near the kitchen sink has water stains it's the worst as far as I can see, landlord won't replace them as they still work but they look disgusting and I don't have a bath tub to soak them in any ideas
