Flying in...

Well this is something that bugged me and I found really wierd - but maybe someone can shed some light on this.

When Sucre was in the car with that airport security guy the guy said that some fellon was flying in. But why would they think he was flying in? Surely it is at least two days since the plane took off? And it definitely doesn't take that long to fly there, at the least there was one night which he spent with that old guy and then there was the night that he flew off so it has to be more than 24 hours. Also they sent the jets after the plane anyway so surely either they shot it down or they saw it go down cos there was no pilot in it - you would think they would have seen the guys jump out since it was such a good day (even if it was dark, it is not the DB Cooper case, lol). So why would they think that he was flying in?

The only thing I can think is that they heard his message to Maricruz but even so I don't understand why they think he would be flying in. I guess he could just mean coming in but funny to say flying.

Plus anyone else find it funny that yet another car Sucre was in broke down? I know this one ran out of petrol but still made me laugh! Was quite sweet when she said "bubble unburst" though!

I was wondering about this as well - for a moment I thought they might be considering Maricruz as a felon (you know how TC are with people contacting the 8) but they still had his picture

I think I missed that bit, I did hear something about flying in but I thought they were talking about Maricruz!!! Sucre doesn't seem to have much luck with cars does he? but the fact he ended up in the car with airport security, I thought that was funny! lol

But he didn't spend the night with that guy remember, he cooked the meal for him and then nicked his car, he didn't actually stay at the house cos he was desperate to get away!!

I know but it was daytime when he broke down but night when the police took him back to that guy, therefore at least 2nights have passed!

I think the clue here was in the scene as Sucre and Maricruz left the airport in a cab and Sucre said "How did they know?"
My guess is sneaky Henry his cousin who obviously heard the recorded message Sucre left for Maricruz and tipped off police.

Yeah well I am sure they will have heard that message but it still doesn't make sense that they said "flying in" when they shot the plane down already and it is so much later. Guess it is just one of those things or maybe they thought he would have got on another plane. Maricruz was leaving not flying in remember!

I suppose that they could have checked the plane wreckage and seen that there weren't any traces of bodies.

I watched Bad Blood again last night and the airport security guy said to Sucre " American Fugitive's flying in, or something like that"

So i'm guessing the airport guy just knew something was happening and that Sucre would be there but he didn't know it was his girlfriend flying in and not him.
