Personally I was really surprised by this. From the description of his crimes (kidnapped, raped, murdered) I'd expected him to grab her, drag her into the bushes/car/room, rape and kill her but instead he took an almost grooming approach towards her.
I've got to say that I actually have more respect for him because of this - although what he was doing was wrong he seemed more interested in it being consensual - which is a large personality change to how he was behaving with Gudat and the apparent pleasure (albeit he did seem depressed about it alongside taking the pleasure) with which he injected him.
I'm also surprised he didn't grab and/or kill Danni after the (apparent) decimation of her father.
