my license has a hold on it (i can't renew it) until i get a SR-20 form. i don't believe i should be issued one of these. this is for NO INSURANCE in a car accident 2 years ago that i forgot about until i tried to renew my license a while back and recently was told i had to get a SR-20 Form.
