trulia vs homegain vs vast

I'm trying to SEO for a vertical search engine which i am currently building. Can you tell me which of these sites have the 'best' structure for the search term "buford real estate" and "georgia real estate"? Vast and trulia seem to have pages that are basically 'on the fly' searchquery scripts (am i correct?), while Homegain.com has traditional "static pages".
