i moved in on a month to month rental agreement,and said (this agreement is renewed monthly until written notice by either party)well i put a bid on a house and got it,today is 11/23/11 told the land lord i was moving 11/22/11 by Tex on phone for she was out of town,she replied i still owe next month's rent because were on a 30 day contract,witch it does not say to give a 30 day notice,i don't like burning my bridges so if im out before the first do i or don't i legally owe her more rent ??
