Uninsured Car Accident in California...Allstate and its collection company...
The fault was mine and I was uninsured at the time of the accident.
I'm a CA resident.
The total repair came out to be $443 as it was reported from Allstate agent...
No police report was file at the scene.
Since I was uninsured at the time, Allstate processed the bill straight through the collection company, warningnotice.com
Now, will my credit rating be affected assuming I pay the due in full amount? Will there be any permanent record on me that would adversely affect my future job application or professional school?
Please help.
