hi i need help my council flat boiler hasnt worked properly for years.i now have two young kids and its getting colder and out boiler hasn't worked for days.the repair guys come over for 2 mins,fiddle with the boiler and go.next thing it doesn't work again.we have no hot water,heating.the boiler really needs to be replaced but i know they wont unless it blows up or something.is there an emergency number i can call.its Milton Keynes council.i have looked online and on their website but cannot find any thing
