iv onyl been working with this supermarket chain for 4 months and it's been hell. Iv been a good employed picking up things very quickly however i have had a lot of absences. I've been offered a new job with more hours, closer to home and in sales. This new company needs a reference off my current employer. what should i put in my notice and also will they mention my attendance in my reference even if they have been for valid reasons?
