Travel essentials for Bali?

We're off to Bali next week for or honeymoon, and have never been to the tropics before. What should I take with me for definite? What should I bring against 'Bali belly'? And what about anti-insect-bite stuff?
And money-wise: are there plenty of ATMs to get the local currency?
