But generally, as long as you are buying a car, putting it in your name and paying the state the taxes due, insuring it, driving a while and then selling it with the new title, they probably won't say much. When you start jumping titles and cheating the state of revenue, or start parking lots of cars outside your house with for sale signs is when you get their attention.
