Can I bring one half pack of

I'm 17. We're going on a trip to Hong Kong tommorow. I plan on bringing my cigarettes there. I'm from the Philippines. How can I bring it in HK without getting declared in the customs? I know that 19 sticks are the limit, so im way below. I plan on hiding it in my jacket and placing our bag in check in. Is it legal?
