So they roughed each other up today, though not very well (take it Michael's side is fine now!?!). what did everyone think of their dialog this week? I thought the whole bit where they got each other's emotions out was quite good actually. Showed that Linc isn't heartless he just kinda has a hard time showing his emotions (and no wonder!). He is well cut up about Veronica.
Think he felt bad about saying the whole "well maybe you should have let them" thing to Michael though maybe you think he was just being harsh again.
Was gonna say something else but I am so tired I can't remember what!

I quite enjoyed it - it was nice not seeing Lincoln being such a cold bastard for once although I felt that the way it was written to move onto Veronica was a bit forced - the lines didn't seem to flow very well.

GREAT scene. I really loved it, my fave scene of the episode - one of my fave Michael/Linc scenes ever. It was just so intense, I loved how they got to each other the way they did. The little brawl, the emotions, the aftermath when Linc was saying something like they've lost everything else, don't lose either other? I can't quite remember, shall have to go watch it on youtube. Angst! I love angsty scenes like that. They both did a great job in that scene too, solid acting.

It was a good scene with them fighting and I was a little surprised at him mentioning Veronica. I liked though that Michael said about things just rolling of his back and things not registering with him, Michael said what we've been saying for months!!! lol

I really enjoyed that scene liked it when michael just threw veronica into the mix shows that lincoin still cared about her and the bit where he said "Dont lose each other whe have lost everything else" the same bit that Laura mentioned

it was good, both actors did well. "you can't take a piss without a plan" - LOL! i've been thinking that since S1, i was just waitin for one of the characters to bring it up. never thought it'd be linc though
oh, and why did michael need a tatoo to remember his mums name?

I don't think it was to remember his mum's name but just cos that was another part of his plan, cos that was the final step and the number was the lock combination so he just had that so all his plan was in the tattoo!!!

guess so, but he could've used something simpler, that another person wouldn't have been able to work out. anway, mahone wouldnt have been able to even find the last part of the plan if michael had destroyed his hard drive properly. why exactly did he save the tatoo plans on his computer anyway, as far as i can remember he drew them all out?

I was wondering about the hard drive thing, I mean surely he knew they would have worked out he would have had a computer, He could have destroyed it properly rather than just chucking it in the canal.

Yeah but it is actually really hard to distroy stuff on a computer. So I guess he was probably hoping that it would have been washed away or water damaged much more before they found it!

hmm, I suppose, but then again, surely him throwing it in the canal would have destroyed the evidence anyway. I wouldn't have thought they would have been able to get any information off it!!!!

You'd think he would have been more intelligent and threw it in the canal somewhere away from his apartment?!

But if Mahone hadn't retrieved the hard drive then Michael wouldn't have had all this hassle, and Season 2 would have been half as good and half as long. There has to be somethings that in the real world Michael wouldn't have done, but for storylines there has to be a few mistakes. Michael could have dumped that hard drive in someones trash a couple of blocks away, but to build up a storyline he didn't. But I agree some of the tatts were unnecessary like the name of the boat and the three digit number for the lock. Surely these didn't need reminders.

Maybe he just wanted everything to be completed in the tattoo - for his whole plan to be there as a sort of comfort mechanism, to show that he was nearing the end with each piece he took off.
