Should smoking be controlled more in London?
You can't walk more than 5 metres in London city without breathing smoke.Yes it should, and London isn't the only place. Smoking is passe'. Not only that buy e-cigarettes but it is bad for the smoker and for people who breathe in 2nd hand smoke. If people wish to smoke, they should do so only in places where it affects no one else....PERIOD. No ands ifs or butts about it.
