Software like that does not, unfortunately, exist. The best way would be to check several sources, and that is time consuming. Cut and paste ideas into your Time Management Software text editor from various online sources. Then find someone to help edit your work. Most city libraries can help with English as a Second Language learning, and volunteers would likely help you on one article a week, if you are diligently going to courses. Seattle, for example, has about twenty classes throughout the week in various locations.
