I need an infant car seat with the specification 'forward facing type only and one that can be secured to the seat by the use of the lap seatbelt, and not a shoulder harness (2-point seatbelt) as per car vehicles.' conforming to US (FMVSS) No. 213 or similar standard.
I stay in Kolkata, India and need to fly this month-end with 2 month old baby. Where can I buy this seat? Most infant car seat that I see are rear-ward facing but I NEED forward facing seat.
