Why mother has to stop feeding

i m pregnant n my baby is 1 yr 4 mths old,do i have to stop breast feeding immediately or i can continue for 1 mth.Unless your OB has told you to stop having sex, there is no reason for you to stop breastfeeding. It is a common fallacy that breastfeeding during pregnancy will cause miscarriages or rob the fetus of nutrients. The body prioritizes, fetus first, breastfed baby second, mother last. This is why milk tends to diminish during pregnancy, in order to meet that priority. Drink plenty of water, and eat a healthy diet.
