I am fed up with sleepless nig

as suggested by many of you , i am giving bedtime bath to my five month old baby with Johnson's bedtime bath. I am trying to make his bedtime routine but i am not still successful. it has been more than a week i started trying for routine but he denies to sleep by his own and every time he wakes up (in day or night) , he demands rocking or feeding or both.
