I had a C-section. I just came to know that the first drops of yellowish, thick milk that the breasts secrete just after delivery is vital for the baby's resistance power. It makes up his WBC. What should i do now as even the doctors didn't do anything to make me feed my baby the first day. He was kept in the nursery and was given to me the day after. I am worried.
