Season One Re-watch }{ It's Here!

So it's been a long while in planning but it's finally begun - the season one re-watch!

It's simple really, every midnight between sat/sun it changes to the next episode. So when midnight hits tonight (23rd June) it's time to discuss Pilot for the next week.

I've had questions about how it's going to be spoiler-free when we know what happens but it won't be. It's just a chance to go back over things, comment about what we missed the first time around, what things relate to season two, characters that we missed and ones that we forgot existed *cough*Veronica*cough*

Some old favourites will still be here such as the Official Episode Polls and the Official Polls of the Dead.

Of course this runs into a problem with season three starting so soon (when this was planned it seemed as though it would start in January again) so when season three starts the re-watch will go on hiatus - coming back into force when season three going into hiatus Or that's the plan right now anyway -



Of course you don't have to join in. You can still talk about any episode / character / season that takes your fancy, it's basically exactly the same forum it was before, people just happen to be watching the same season one episodes at the same time - it's a conveniant coincidence of Prison Break proportions!

Watched the pilot again .
I counted eight walking dead not including Kellerman, in the first episode.
How could so many be killed off ?
I forgot about loads of things. I didn't remember Michael hitting Abruzzi but
he did. I'm not worried about him in Sona so much now I know he can punch
like that. T-Bag was a miss. Linc had hair !

Did you count Sucre in the walking dead? If not it might be 10 in two seasons - that's a high body count worthy of Lost proportions!

No I didn't include Sucre or Kellerman cos I'm sure they'll both be in S3.
But I agree so many down from the Pilot.

I just watched it this afternoon, I'm so tempted to watch more though! Season 1 definitely has that addictive factor, that "oh my god it's so good I need to see the next one NOW" thing. I just love how all the characters are introduced and how everything is just so perfectly executed. I miss Westmoreland

Watching it from the start I'm going to be checking for something I thought
never happened during S1 and S2.
That's hearing any of the characters swear.

no one ever said the f word, probably cos its fox. if it was HBO on the other hand...

closest they've come to swearing is bitch, which they've said a few times. and i think michael said crap once

Why use this offensive language.
I admire the PB writers for not including this in their dialogues.

Well most swear words are banned on American TV. Though they do seem to be getting more leaniant these days
