So; I know I'm not the only one on here who thinks that Veronica was a bit of a waste of space but what was wrong with her character? Why did other characters make such a bigger impression with such less screen time *cough*Haywire*cough* - was it the acting? The writing? The character all together?
I'm not entirely sure what I'm voting for yet - this requires more thinking!

Hmmm, i'm not sure what i'm gonna go for yet, but she was just, well I don't know, she was just bad. I don't think it was her, I think it was the role she had. I just think it was, well, she just wasn't as good as the others.

It was the script she had I think.
Some of the things she came out with seemed unconvincing.

I think she was just a bit bland to be honest. A lot of her script was factual and stuff - I can't remember what they called it on the commentaries but it was something or other, like her and Nick and a few others were the ones who had to deliver all of the facts and what-not, all the info to clue us in. I guess that just left little room for emotion. After rewatching some stuff though, she isn't quite as bland as I remember but still a bit...blah.

I quite liked Nick! He seemed less bland than Veronica did

I think she was just boring in comparison with all the other storylines, It was like her storyline didn't compare to all the other stuff going on in the prison etc, I mean I know they had to show how far TC would go to protect Caroline and that but her whole role was just tedious.

If you think about it, the roles Nick & Veronica had in Season 1 are basically that of Michael & Linc in Season 2 - trying to find evidence, tracking down people/clues so as to clear Linc's name and uncover the conspiracy. But M/L just made it more interesting.
