Kim }{ Is he or Isn't he?

Ok, so this afternoon, after posting in the DYLTON thread for Kim, I had a thought, and then reading AP's comment,

I decided to create a thread to ask this question....

Is Kim really dead?

If you think about him dying, Kim met Mahone and the brothers at the docks and he brought two guys with him. I think both guys were beaten up or shot (i'm not sure) and Michael and Linc ran off.

So then by the time Kim had got to the boat, it hadn't been that long, and a guy like Kim would have called the cops or his guys to come and help which explains why the cops were there so quickly. I mean they saw Kim get shot!!!

And finally, I was gonna say how do we know that Kim didn't have a bulletproof vest on but he was bleeding.
But then again, knowing how far TC will go, he could have framed Michael, they said they only needed one and the police seeing a man shot, pursue Michael, help Kim and he survives!!!

I know that this is highly unlikely and I really think he is dead. But I was just thinking....

Yeh, but he also fell into the water, and even if he was just unconsuis and not dead he would have drowned!
Plus all the police ran after the brothers and Sara, no-one seemed to help Kim!
I think he's dead!

I both think and HOPE he is dead. It felt like a good place to end the whole Kim/TC plot line for me (ok TC may not be completely over with but the introduction of Pad Man it seems like the baton has been passed over to him)

lol, well I think he is dead too, but after all the FD's on this show I really don't think it would surprise me if they brought him back.
I agree that TC is probably over now, to a point anyway. Especially after the (probable) death of Kellerman too.

I think the FD is reserved for Kellerman so Kim in my books is in the ground,
or in his case under the water.

I dont think they would do more than 1 FD, so it's Kim or Kellerman, and I think it's more likely to be Kellerman, if they do a FD at all that is!

I think i'd prefer a Kellerman FD rather than a Kim one. Kim is definitely gone

And Kellerman is alive!!!! lol
