Do you think that Lechero's clan is actually going behind his back and stealing money from him? Are they planning to overthrow him? Or was T-Bag just making it up so that he owed Lechero less?

I said in another thread that I doubted Lechero would join into the escape plan but he could do if they start to overthrow him. But then he wouldn't be of use to Michael and short of avoiding ChickenFooting he wouldn't have any reason to include him.

And if he did get overthrown what would happen to T-Bag? He doesn't get along with the rest of the clan ("do a jig") so would he be outcast as well? Or would he manage to find some way to sidle up to whoever became the new boss?

I think T-bag would quite possibly work his way to the top no matter who was there. That's how he works best. I think T-bag was just making that stuff up, so then Lechero would kinda respect him more. I mean he's been given more responsibility now. He is Lechero's ears now after all!!!

As for overthrowing Lechero, I don't think it would be that difficult after the revolt last week, they seemed to be getting the better of him till Michael brought the water back.

I don't think Lechero's position is a safe as we are led to believe.

I'm not sure that they were getting the better of him - look how quickly the crowd was settled. Without another big disaster I think they'll go along with him. Afterall, he did implament the Chickening policy (unless I misunderstood that) and made Sona a safer place to be.

I'm not sure that the general population on Sona will go against him without a very big problem, I mean he did kill that guy at the end of the last episode didn't he? So he still makes them know who is boss. I think that right hand man guy (did you say it was Sammy?) might have a taste to be boss but I don't think that T-Bag actually heard anything, I think he just made it up. Though it looks like Sammy has a taste for power.
