If you don't include the blue "this happened before in the show, infact, last time, this happened ten minutes ago" flashbacks which is your favourite kind that they've used in Prison Break? I've always been a fan of BK - it's one of my favourite episodes but I did like how they used them in Bad Blood, Lost style. So I'm not sure which I'll vote for yet.

I'm not too keen on the short, sharp type - they often seem disjointed and I'm left waiting for more to come that don't appear.
