So it seems thats the end of that plot. Wrapped up in two scenes. Linc telling Sucre its better for her not to be with her and a phonecall to Marie-cruz.
Its possible the actress was not avaialble so they filmed a quick scene for her to "wrap" the story up in record time.
Now, personally I thought this plot was rather dull and maybe it would have been better to have them run off in the sunset together (Sucre fans would disagree but it would have been a better ending).
When Bellick confessed that he never took Marie-Cruz my first thought was "what a cop out!" I really expected Sucre would be on a mission to rescue her but they took the east route out and had her under no threat at all.

I'm a Sucre fan but I do agree that it would have been better for them to have had a happy ending like C-Note did. The whole of Sucre's character can be summed up as:
a) Sitting in prison, thinking about Maricruz b) Sitting in prison, thinking about Hector c) Breaking out of prison, trying to find Maricruz d) Breaking out of prison, trying to find Hector e) Living with Maricruz on a farm f) Trying to rescue Maricruz
I'm not sure his character can hold his own when he doesn't have anything driving him.

LOL Bring back C-Note all is forgiven! Sucre is my second fav character but I don't want to see him wasted for 20 episodes. Will he ring Bellick's mummy do you think? LOL!

Not sure why but I always expect you not to like Sucre He may be slightly more interesting if he gets less mopey but I'm unsure about this whole possible Linc and Sucre collaberation - they never seemed too interested in each other.

I was disapointed. They sort of built uo the storyline and then it was just like 'oh'. Shes fine. I would have liked Sucre to have a happy ending, but i'm glad he finally broke it off with her, cos it was getting a tad annoying.

Well my thought when Bellick told him he didn't have Maricruz was like "well there's a suprise"! I said that all along and they didn't bother to make any sort of twist there. I couldn't give a damn about Maricruz but wonder if Sucre's character will develop from the blandness at all now. I also find it weird that Linc seems to like him now wasn't he the one that said you could never trust a thief??
