Like most people on here I'd guessed it was her but who knew that it was going to be either her or her head? Who had been spoiled? I didn't know for certain but when Laura told me I'd love tonight's episode I knew it wasn't gonna be LJ  |

I knew of the contract disputes between Fox, the producers and SWC and when I saw the box I kind of guessed it was her.
There are many stories to why she was killed off. The one I believe is Fox did not like the ideas the producers had for Sara so wanted her killed off which was going to be mid season, then 8 episodes then 7 etc but SWC refused to sign a short term contract as she wanted to be part of the long term plot. They then offered to film some stuff in her house she refused so they killed her off instantly.
She had filmed the voiceover a while ago so that had already been agreed.
So you can blame SWC or the producers but I think the network was to blame for it all. It was a different element to the show and now you have lost both love interests in the show.

I kinda knew cos Rebecca said she thought it was Sara cos she'd spoiled herself! I was still hopeful though! I am just p****d off now cos it all seemed a bit easy and nothing really new. Plus as abbs said now the love interests have gone and the new ones will be with the annoying Susan and/or whistler's girlfriend.  |

Fox do have a reputation in killing great shows LOL!!
I do also hate Susan and Whistlers girlfriend. I wish Linc would punch them both!!
The problem is many fans simply do not give a monkeys about the "new" characters like Whistler and the new prisoners.
People only care about the originals that are left (except Bellick!)

LOL, I know what you mean.
I think you are right about the new characters. This is what happens in a lot of shows that go on too long, they end up with none (or very few) of the original cast and the show/producers (whatever) seem to forget that people actually only care about the original cast!

I care about Sofia lol - not sure why yet and I like Susan being in it just so that I can growl at the tv whenever she comes on.

I quite like most of the new characters and I think Susan is the more ruthless Bill Kim.
I knew it was Sara's head cos my mate was desperate to find out and she looked on Fox recaps. Although I refused to believe it until i'd seen her head in the box!!

I knew from the Access all areas show that was on. Although I didn't 100% believe it as when it was mentioned it was said so off the cuff. Wonder if the other death they mentioned will be true - don't worry I won't say who they mentioned.

But i did sorta know, cos when i was looking for a 'alternate method' someone put in a comment that she was dead.

I kinda guessed it was her cause of all the Sarah Wayne Callies rumours. I think it's a good move though, I'd rather have her die than her be replaced by another actress. It creates a nice dynamic as well and some Michael/Linc angst and lies and whatnot.

Oh, I definitely agree that she's better dead than played by someone else. It just wouldn't be the same, and plus, the whole new dynamic will be exciting to watch!

It would be stupid if they used someone else. I hate it when they do that in shows, especially when they are really good on screen together.
