What Did T-Bag Say?

He muttered something (three or four words long) in Spanish and I think it was right after suffocating that guy but what did he say? I have a feeling it might have been important but I don't speak Spanish and it came up in that language on the subtitles (whereas usually when they speak Spanish the subtitles come up 'mutters in Spanish / mumbles in Spanish / shouts in Spanish' so that's why I think it might have been important'.)

If not I just wanna know for the fun of knowing lol.
