In another thread S72 mentioned that she thought that Susan was more ruthless than Kim and I thought it was a comment worth making into a thread - mostly because I disagree lol.
Kim was the perfect example of the heartless Company employee, he didn't give a damn about who he hurt and apart from pinching inbetween his eyes occasionally he never seemed to be phased by anything. He dolled out orders to Mahone with ruthless efficency and took apparent delight in mocking Kellerman throughout their phone conversations. The only time he got off his high horse was when things went wrong and he took to shouting slightly and when he was around Padman.
Susan, on the otherhand, acts quite casual. Sure she ordered (if not carried out) Sara's execution but how many people is Kim responsible for taking out? Lots! Susan seems the slightest bit phased by it all and tries to interact with Lincoln ('how are you holding up -owtte-) and this takes away from her ruthlessness in my opinion.
So who is it? Kim or Susan?

I don't think that her interaction is entirely real (I doubt she gave much of a damn how well he was holding up or that she was too upset about killing Sara) but even if it is fake it's just... jarring. It makes her seem less evil - not anymore nice than if she hadn't said it, just less evil... if that makes any sense at all.

I think i'm still gonna go for her. Although Bill Kim may have done some terrible things, After finding out Susan actually chopped off Sara's head, Kim doesn't seem so bad.
So he ordered a few people dead, and he may have chopped people up(we don't know) but the fact that Susan admitted it, and cos it was Sara, i'm definitely saying she's worse!!!!

I doubt that Susan actually killed her - I think she's faking it to gain Linc's sympathy.

Really? I really think it was her that did it. I was watching the other night and there's just something about her. Her tone never changes. Sometimes she may speak louder but it's always in the same way. Killing the gravedigger seemed like second nature. Her describing to Linc the tools that she had in her car, hacksaw, bleach, tarpaulin.
I think that with Kim, it was like a man in an office working 9-5, with her it seems like it's as normal as eating breakfast.

Preciesly my point - it was normal to Kim. It was a job and he was cool with the fact that it was his job and he never had any problems with it.
Whether or not Susan did kill Sara she seemed at least to be a little affected by it, unlike we ever saw Kim be.
And Susan's threats aren't said with nearly as sadistic a tone!

Ok, but who did Kim actually kill? There probably is someone but I can't recall him ever 'getting his hands dirty' so to speak. But already in the first 4 episodes, Susan has killed the gravedigger and possibly Sara, and can't be pushed very far. Kim may never have been affected but he never really saw the results of his orders because he was tucked away. I really think Susan is more ruthless because we never see a TC (calling the shots) worker, doing the dirty stuff, it's usually left to the lacky's to do that!

This is what I was thinking! Kim didn't get his "hands dirty" much but on the other hand he did talk about killing and order killing people like it was the norm and there was nothing wrong or to feel regret about as if it was "just a job", what you do everyday.
Susan annoys me, she contradicts herself. She seems like Kellerman seemed at the beginning just now though. She blatantly doesn't feel bad about killing people though cos as I think I said somewhere else she was "wingeing" about how hard it was for her to kill Sara in one scene and in the next she was killing that gravedigger guy as if it was second nature. She obviously isn't worried about having to kill people.

I back down!
After seeing how quickly and easily she was willing to kill LJ... I back down! She is more ruthless.

It was totally ruthless what she did to LJ, it was as if she didn't even think about it. I think it just proves that she was capable of hacking Sara's head off!

Yeah she is definitely more ruthless, she is much more will to do the deed and do it as if it is making a cuppa!

I think after seeing her set out the stuff she'd need to kill him and get rid of him, and then being so close to actually killing him, then I definitely stick to my answer. That bitch is evil!!!
