Well we know that Michael 'can't' kill but will Lincoln? If Susan had handed him the gun and told him to kill the gravedigger or else LJ died would he have done it?
We know he went to the garage to try and kill Steadman, and we don't know if he would have gone through with it but will he kill now? Would saving LJ and Michael mean that much to him?

I think he could to save someone he loves life. He killed that turk guy. Maybe not intentionally but he did.

I think he would. Remember when he met his dad and that TC worker came for them. He stabbed him, I know he didn't kill him, but I think he would if Jane hadn't got there first.
It's his instinct to protect his son. And I think it is portrayed well as most fathers would be the same. If their son was hurt or in danger then he will. Like Mahone killed that guy that ordered the hit on his son. The father/son bond is quite strong.

Okay, so if that question is answered then what do you think the minimum he'd kill for is? To stop LJ/Michael losing a limb rather than their life? To stop them being tortured or to buy some more escaping time from Sona? Or would it only be to save a life?

I think after seeing Sara's head in a box then he would kill for losing a limb. I think now he's starting to realise it's a case of kill or be killed.
Remember when he found out Abruzzi had chopped off Michael's toes, he went mad but Michael calmed him, Michael isn't there now, so who knows what he is capable of. He knows what TC is capable of and at the risk of LJ and Michael, I think he's do anything.
(I'll probably be totally wrong and he won't hurt anyone, but I can't see it somehow!)

I think he would kill and I think it would be for any harm coming to someone he loved. I mean he already said to Susan he would come after her family if anything happened to LJ.
