Lane Garrison Update!!!!

Ok, so looking for pics of Dominic Purcell I stumbled across some interesting information and I had to inform you of this shocking news. Take a seat, It shocked me.....


Lane Garrison was sentenced today… He is to pay $300,000 in restitution and serve 40 months in jail for driving under the influence and killing a teenage girl after crashing the car.

“The public has the right to know that conduct such as this, causing devastation such as this. Unfortunately, in this case, you have to be the messenger” will have consequences, Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox said.

Garrison had faced the maxium of seven years behind bars.

“I’m sick of my own behavior that night,” the actor said in court. “This remorse is genuine. I feel it every day.”

The judge also ordered Garrison to pay $300,000 in restitution to the victims and their families.

Well that is a better sentence than someone told us somewhere else. Why are you stunned?

Still doesn't seem like a lot but it is about half the maximum sentance so at least he isn't getting let off scott-free.

I'm stunned because I expected him to walk free. I mean how many celebs do you see actually being sent down. Paris Hilton did what...4 days, or something. And although it's only 4omths and he'll probably only serve half that, at least he's being punished for what he's done.

Good I'm glad hes in prison. Deserves it for killing someone whilst under the influence of drugs. Maybe he will grow up.
