Ok, so I thought Lechero was happy about T-bag giving the girl some money but then he punched him in the stomach afterwards. I don't get it. Did I miss something?

I think that was sarcasm "and now you even do my thinking for me" - making sure T-Bag doesn't get above his station.

I think they're definatly going to expand it - if only to generate more tension between T-Bag and Lechero.
Though he'll probably kill her - he seems to have a thing for killing prostitutes. She'll just have to wear a wig if he asks!
