It's a bit different on this forum. Underneath the header if you click on 'profile' (next to log out) and then click on 'modify profile' you can change things.
If you're wanting to PM people click on their name in a post (or in the members list) and it should open their profile - then click on 'send personal message.'
Or was itsomething else you were looking for?
