I've been wondering about this for a while and this is the order in which the cast are shown in the opening credits. I can't find any alphabetical order (either cast or character names) so I think it's just who is considered to be the "bigger" stars or characters. Although I wouldn't agree with the order so what do you guys think...
Lincoln Michael Sucre LJ Bellick Kellerman T-Bag C-Note andSara with Mahone

Its actually AND Sara so that makes here more important. Its like saying and Joan Collins as Alexis on Dynasty.
Sucre is third main star. Mahone is like a special guest star because hes a well known actor in America. I can see why C-Note is last.
If you look back in episode 1 of season 1 I think it was:
Linc Michael Veronica Sucre LJ Bellick Kellerman Abruzzi and Sara
No T-bag until episode 2 and C-Note was added when Abruzzi left for a while in episode 13.

ah I didn't know the 'And' was on there lol
I was surprised that LJ was so high! You'd think that T-Bag and Kellerman would be above him (I would anyway lol)

Yeah AND normally means they are higher! I think often it depends how much the agent haggles to get their client's name at the top of the list. Obviously it is best to be 1st so people try to use that as a bargining tool appartently (according to a film review programme I watch - so whether that is true or not is another matter!)
