So; you may have heard whispering around the forum about something called The Hunt and it's just a bit of randomness I've put up. It is simple really:
There are four Prison Break related words (a combination of character names and general words.) In this post there are four clues - each of these clues will lead you to a specific thread which contains a letter and the clue for where to find the next one.
However; you won't find the letters in order - you will have to rearrange them yourself once you've found them (or enough that you're sure you know the word.)
And instead of just seeing 'This is the letter. This is the clue' you will see a message that reads: "This message is on the run. Reply here to catch it." All clues are in edited messages (of various forumers and various boards) but all are on the first page of a topic.
In order to gain access to the letter and the clue you must reply to the thread but this is where the one rule comes in - you can't reply to it with something along the lines of "I want to see the message" or "*replies to thread*" - you have to make it appear as though it was a real post, otherwise it is obvious to everyone else where the letters are.
Bare in mind though that you may have already replied to some of these threads without realising - so you can't rely just on looking for the On The Run message!
So that's about it - this closes on Wednesday and you can share with others where the clues are, or, if you want to be the first winner, lead them astray with fake letters or locations.
When you have all the words - PM me the answers (not jumbled up!) and if you have all four right then you've won and you'll get a winners button. The first two people to finish will get Gold Ranking and Silver Ranking buttons but everyone who wins will get one of some sort.
Here are your four starting clues:
Word 1 (four letters)
You could use these for a slogan
Word 2 (eight letters)
Do you give a damn?
Word 3 (seven letters)
Using a saw to do a jig – that can’t be safe!
Word 4 (seven letters)
A more accurate title would include ‘executed’
Good luck and you can use this thread for chit-chat about it.
